We are a social enterprise, private sector consulting firm – an affiliate of Centre for Urban Rural Youth Development Programmes (CURYDP) non-profit entity; Pan African Youth Movement organization, that focuses on Youth, Women, and Person Living with Disability (Plwd) under a three (3) Pillar framework – Policy, Advocacy and Empowerment.

We have extensive experience in designing, developing and implementing Youth, Women and Plwd interventions, Empowerment solutions. We deliver on our mission through in-house consulting entities led by a team of lead experts.
We work closely with Sector/Industry Associations, producer/marketing Cooperatives, Civil Society Groups, Business Membership Organizations (BMO’s) Coalition forums, Joint Business Council Forums, Government and Development Partners to catalyze, build up, and advance an enabling business environment, trade and Investment portfolio.
